Very cool, I like seeing diagrams like this because they're a great way to find out about new services you haven't tried yet. When I first saw this diagram I immediately disagreed with how they classified some of the apps, but that's what's great about them; they're flexible enough that they can be used in different ways.
Great visual! I haven't tried many of the programs that are on this list, so it is a nice introduction for me. It is fascinating to see how some of the programs are organized and I agree with Mike's comment that I would have classified some of them differently and that people will use the tools to meet different purposes. Thanks for sharing this!
